Part of our uncompromising philosophy is the fact that our products undergo the strictest residue controls. This applies not only to the many ingredients from biologically controlled farming but also especially to the teas from conventional plantations. Goods which do not meet our high demands are simply not bought and this can result in a certain tea not being available from time to time.
Should we be annoyed about this? No, because this is a sure sign that we stick to our high quality standards. Less than this would not be enough because after all, products for our health and enjoyment need to be checked before they reach our own front door.
